Veneto 2050 the new Venetian house plan

The Veneto region approves the new Veneto 2050 “house plan” with which it will be possible to reach over 50% of cubic volume in the reconstruction of old buildings. The plan is to demolish the old building and reconstruct even more than double the volume, adopting new technologies and energy efficiency in the new building. Not all municipalities have already adopted it but the new law opens up to a major renewal of the building heritage of Veneto and Italy if it is also adopted by other Italian regions.
